MicrotracBEL Corp. (Japan)We are a professional manufacturer specializing in the research and production of volumetric/gravimetric gas adsorption analyzers. Adhering to the concept of "Business for Enjoying Life", we draw on the strengths of various companies to manufacture high-quality instruments. Career makes life more enjoyable "originates from the drive of originality and continuous innovation. The multifunctional catalyst characterization system, pioneering fully automatic steam adsorption system, solid electrolyte membrane moisture adsorption and proton conductivity analyzer, fuel cell comprehensive evaluation device, etc. have greatly enriched the surface adsorption characterization methods and also won a good reputation for Bayer's high-quality products and services.
Instrument Introduction:
BELSORP max is a high-performance capacity ratio surface, microporous, mesoporous pore analysis, and vapor adsorption analyzer that operates over a wide pressure range (P/P0=1 × 10-9~0.997, 77K/N2),, 87K/Ar) adsorption/desorption isotherm analysis was performed on the tested porous material, and combined with AFSM patent free space calibration, information covering microporous, mesoporous pore size distribution, and specific surface area was obtained. The instrument is equipped with three workstations and one saturation pressure station, which can achieve simultaneous measurement of micropores in up to two stations, and simultaneous measurement of specific surface area, mesoporous distribution, and steam adsorption in three stations.
Main features:
1. Ultra low pressure measurement: standard molecular turbo pump and high-precision pressure sensor (one 13.3Pa/0.1Torr, two 1,33kPa/10Torr, five 133kPa/1000Torr)
2. It adopts a highly airtight pneumatic valve control, which maintains a vacuum degree three orders of magnitude higher than traditional solenoid valves within the same time.
3. Multi sample measurement: It can achieve microporous pore determination at one station, simultaneous determination of low specific surface area for Kr at two stations, and simultaneous determination of mesoporous pores and specific surface area at three stations. Multiple modes can effectively shorten the analysis time. BELSORP Max was the first to develop dual station simultaneous measurement of micropore function, combined with two 0.1Torr sensors to ensure the initial pressure point with P/P0 of 10-9.
4. The entire testing process adopts more accurate ASFM free volume calibration, without the need for a constant liquid level device.
5. Compatible with multiple adsorption media:
1) Surface area and pore size distribution: N2, Ar, etc
2) Adsorption of other non corrosive gases: H2, O2, CO2, CH4, etc
3) Low specific surface area test of Kr gas (<0.01m2/g)
4) Chemical adsorption: H2, CO, NH3, etc
5) Steam adsorption combined with constant temperature water bath
6) Vapor adsorption of ethanol, benzene, and other organic liquids
6. The standard configuration of the host includes vapor adsorption accessories and functions, and static chemical adsorption and dynamic chemical adsorption function accessories TPDepro can be optionally selected.
7. Adopting an air oven constant temperature box design: constant temperature control of pressure sensors and valves ensures stable data output while avoiding condensation of liquid adsorbates.
8. Easy to operate: Fully automated design, can be completed with just a click of the mouse.
9. Powerful data processing software (optional Chinese operation software): adsorption/desorption isotherms, BET specific surface area, Langmuir specific surface area, BJH/CI/DH pore analysis, as plot, t-plot plot, MP method, HK method, SF method, DA method, adsorption isotherm differentiation, molecular probe method, BELSim (GCMC and NLDFT), etc.
10. The unique pressure range air intake control function can set different air intake amounts in different pressure ranges, improving the measurement accuracy and testing efficiency of pore distribution (especially micropores)
11. Optional heating furnaces at 450 ℃ and 550 ℃ can achieve in-situ degassing function.
